The short version
Bee Bundle Box does not collect or store any personal information about your customers. The app has no access to your customer records, and never asks for it. What it stores is your store’s address, the bundles you configure, and a count of how many bundles shoppers have built.
What we store about your store
Your .myshopify.com domain, so your bundles can be matched to your store. An access token issued by Shopify when you install the app, which lets it create bundle products on your behalf. The name and email address of the staff account that installed the app, which Shopify includes with that token. Your bundle configuration — the products a bundle can contain, item limits, how the total is worked out, and display settings. And a record of each bundle built: which bundle, how many products, and the total value. That last record contains no identifier for the shopper who built it.
What we never store
Names, email addresses, phone numbers, or addresses of your customers. Order or checkout contents. Payment details. Anything that would identify an individual shopper. The app does not request the Shopify permissions that would grant access to customer or order data.
Shopify permissions the app asks for
The app requests permission to manage products (to create the bundle products that carry a shopper’s box), publications (to make those products available on your online store), and metaobjects (to store bundle settings your theme can read). It asks for nothing beyond these.
Who else sees it
The app runs on our own server and its database. It shares data with one outside service: when you send a message through the app’s support form, that message, your store’s address, and any reply-to address you supply are passed to Resend, which delivers the email to us. Nothing else leaves our systems. We do not sell data, and we do not use it for advertising.
How long it's kept
Bundle products created for a shopper’s box are temporary and are cleaned up automatically once the box leaves the cart, or within 24 hours. When you uninstall the app, your session, bundle configuration and settings are deleted. Build records and support messages are kept until you ask us to remove them.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about your store, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, by emailing beecreative.pk@gmail.com. We respond to Shopify’s data request, customer redaction and shop redaction webhooks, so requests made through Shopify reach us too.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that affects what we store or who we share it with, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
